We accept returns postmarked within 7 days of the date your package has arrived.
Returns must be received unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached.
Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box.

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. We'll send you an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

Our customer care representatives will create a new order for the new item you would like to receive in exchange.
You are charged at this time for the cost of the merchandise, and it will be shipped to you with free ground shipping within the continental United States. Send back your return item(s).
Your new items will be processed and shipped out promptly after contacting our staff at The Clothes Bar. When your return is received and processed, we'll email you a refund notification. All exchanges will be shipped as soon as we receive your return.
